Celebration Locations

The Community support for the Salt Lake City Marathon is second to none! Spectators line the 26.2 mile course while playing music from their cars & homes, host neighborhood BBQ’s, and cheer on the runners as they run past their front doors. Since 2004, the communities of the Salt Lake valley have welcomed the participants of the Salt Lake City Marathon, Bike Tour, 5K and now the new Half Marathon. They will help motivate you and cheer you on to the Finish Line at the Gateway in Downtown Salt Lake City!

High energy entertainment of all types will flood the course, at nearly every mile. In designated areas along the course where participants may need the extra boost of energy a Celebration Location has been arranged.  Eight locations have been chosen and will feature live-radio remote broadcasts, music stages and prizes for the spectators

The locations listed below include their hours of operation on the day of the race.
